Bridal Show Contract.

Exhibitor Rules

  • No sharing booth space, advertising, promoting outside companies, or selling any product or service not provided by company occupying booth space
  • No food or drinks permitted in booth area, unless to be given out as samples or gifts to guests
  • No breaking down of booth until end of show. If exhibitor violates policy, exhibitor will be fined $500
  • If exhibitor requires electricity, exhibitor must be in a booth that can be supplied electricity
  • Exhibitors have the right to display their services to the best of ability, but not to interfere, disrupt or cause a problem for other exhibitors due to lighting or loudness of music.
  • All exhibitors must keep inside booth area; keep the aisles clear for traffic to walk through. Note: Make booth inviting.
  • When loading in and out of building, the loading area will be first come first serve basis. Please do not block loading zone before the booth equipment is ready to be loaded.

Each exhibitor will receive, a booth space of 10’x10’ or 8'x8' with poles, drapery, a 6 ft. skirted table plus 2 chairs. We will also supply a name display for booth assignment, which will not necessarily be used as the only source of company display of advertisement.


  1. A general advertising package can be provided that promotes event. This includes posters, tickets, and print material.
  2. Each exhibitor with storefronts can receive posters and flyers advertising the event upon request.
  3. To be included in the advertising, your contract must be signed and booth paid for in full before 90 days of any event. After this time, it will NOT be possible to get exhibitors on the posters or on any printed material. We will try to include your business in the subsequent print media, but make NO GUARANTEES. No discount is given for exhibitors signing up for event and missing the deadline for and print media.


  1. Each exhibitor is given the right to use the Alabama Event Group Demographics list for his or her business advertising mailings. This is a copy of a list of brides and their addresses accumulated from tickets sold for the event. No exhibitor is allowed to resell the demographics list, distribute it to any other business for any reason, or give the list to ant non-event exhibitor. This list is and will remain the property of the Alabama Event Group at all times.

Bridal Fair Booth Rental Agreement


Exhibitor has the exclusive privilege to occupy space (s) number: 1st choice , 2nd choice 3rd choice . The provided booth is 10'x10' or 8’x8’ and furnished with pipe, drape, skirted table and, if requested, two chairs. Booth space is only guaranteed when the contract is received and the booth is paid in full.

• Exhibitor agrees to exhibit only the following service: Booth sharing without prior consent will not be permitted and could result in expulsion from the show and/or $500 fine per violation. Sharing the mailing list in any form may also result in expulsion from future shows and/or a $2000 fine.

• Exhibitors participate in the show at their own risk and cannot hold any venue which event is held or show producers liable for damages, cost, losses, or expenses resulting from any incident connected with the show. Exhibitors must also carry their own business liability insurance.

• If the event must be postponed or moved due to fire, natural disaster, or any other reason the monies paid will then be applied to the rescheduled date/location. If the event is cancelled, all deposits will be refunded or can be applied toward other future events promoted by Alabama Event Group

• Exhibitor agrees to provide a gift certificate or prize for the drawings valued at or more than $50. The prize cannot be a discount, and must be free of any obligation to the winner. All description of prizes must be emailed 7 (seven) days prior to event with company name, a description of what is to be given away and value of prize. Exhibitor has an opportunity to contribute toward the events grand price with any value or discount for their services but is not mandatory.

• Any Exhibitor who is distributing food samples within their booth should follow basic food safety guidelines and must have a garbage can within their booth.

• Exhibitor agrees to pay for booth rental. Rental price does not include electricity. Electricity drop box is an extra $25 - $50 10’ x 10’ booth according to each venues requirements per . Half of the booth rent is due now. The balance is due 30 days before the show.

• Exhibitor agrees to pay an additional $50 if the balance for the rented booth is not paid on time, unless exhibitor makes prior written arrangements with the show producer. Failure to do so may result in forfeit of all deposits paid or reassignment of booth.

• Cancellations. If the Exhibitor cancels more than 90 days prior to the show, all monies paid will be returned or can be credited toward the next Alabama Event Group Bridal Show. You forfeit your deposit if cancelled 30-90 days prior to the event. If you cancel within 30 days of the event and Alabama Event Group cannot resell your booth space, you will be charged the full amount of the booth.

• Mandatory Mediation/Arbitration; The parties expressly agree that any dispute, whether legal or equitable in nature, that might arise as to interpretation or enforcement of this Contract shall be submitted to mandatory mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mandatory arbitration. Mediation and arbitration shall be mandatory and not permissive.

• Attorney Fees and Costs Provision; In any litigation, mediation, arbitration, or other proceeding by which one party either seeks to enforce its rights under this Contract or seeks a declaration of any rights or obligations under this Contract, the prevailing party shall be awarded its reasonable attorney fees, and costs and expenses incurred.

• Consent to Jurisdiction and Forum Selection; The parties hereto agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this Contract shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the State and Federal courts located in the State of Alabama.

Bowdon, GA Show Rates 8' x 8 - $200 or 10' x 10' - $250  / Electricity $20

We do offer the opportunity to be linked from our website. For any exhibitor who puts up our link on their website, we will link them for no extra charge.
